This section is intended to help
interested parties in doing business with the Seattle
Housing Authority (SHA). Please select from the categories
at the left.
SHA is an
independent public agency that owns and operates
low-income housing, including four large garden
communities (NewHolly, Rainier Vista, High Point, Yesler
Terrace), and numerous high-rise buildings, townhouses,
and scattered sites throughout the City. SHA serves
approximately 25,500 residents in its various housing programs.
SHA strongly encourages minority-owned and
women-owned businesses, socially and economically
disadvantaged business enterprises, HUD Section 3
businesses, and small businesses
to submit bids and proposals, or to participate as
subcontractors, suppliers, or partners on SHA contracts.
