Rooftop Antenna Sites
As the prospect of reducing federal subsidies looms on
the horizon for public housing authorities nationwide, the
Seattle Housing Authority is cultivating new ways of
generating revenue to pursue its mission of providing
decent, safe and affordable living environments for people
with low incomes in Seattle.
As part of this effort, SHA has contracted with
Global Tower Partners to oversee its
rooftop-antenna site licensing program. Global Tower
Partners can
assist telecommunications companies and other interested
parties in evaluating SHA's building portfolio,
negotiating license agreements and closing contracts with
SHA.
