The Neighborhood Campus Condominium Association is a community association of owners of the space at the NewHolly Campus. The Condo Association Board votes on all issues relating to signage, common space usage, and reviews requests for changes to common areas including building configurations, signage, landscaping, etc. The Association pays all utilities for common areas on the NewHolly Campus. The Association has hired Impact Property Management as their management agent. | ||
