Description:          Weekly home visits for pregnant women and families with children under the age of three. Group socialization experiences also offered. Children with special needs welcomed.

·       Family support

·       Coordination of services with other providers

·       Services and resources for families from all cultures/languages

Serves:                    Pregnant women, children ages newborn to three years and their families. Must be income eligible.

Days/Hours:           Monday through Friday

8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Volunteers:            Volunteers welcomed.
