Description:

East African Case Management:

Case management that provides interpretation and translation services to assist East African residents communicate with the Seattle Housing Authority and access social services that enable them to remain independent and involved in their community.

East African residents of NewHolly and surrounding Section 8 recipients.

Elderly Outreach Program:

Provides linking and referral services to seniors. Serves Seattle residents age 55+, King County residents age 60+.

Days/Hours: 

Tuesdays    9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Thursdays   9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Fridays        9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
