NewHolly Homeowners Association

Master Association Description

The NewHolly Homeowners Association is an important part of the NewHolly Community. All homeowners are members. It is the Corporation that manages all of the Association's Common Interest Property that every homeowner pays monthly fees to. It is responsible for hiring a property manager to manage the maintenance and financial functions for the Association's property, which is a part of the entire NewHolly development. 
   
  The Community Association Manager is Marshall Johnson, from CWD Group. Marshall works with the Association’s Board of Directors to manage the Association’s finances and ensure that the requirements of the governing documents are met.Your Board is made up of volunteer homeowners.
   
  The Board holds open meetings monthly (usually the 4th Wednesday of every month in the NewHolly Gathering Hall), and all owners are invited to attend. These meetings are an opportunity to get informed, raise concerns, meet your neighbors, and help build our community.You can volunteer to serve on the Board and/or on a homeowner’s committee – contact Marshall Johnson at 206-706-8000 or marshall@cwdgroup.com.
   
Sub-Association Description

 

The Othello Station North Homeowners Association is 70 townhomes in Phase II of NewHolly. These are sub-associations of the Master NewHolly Homeowners Association. For more information or to contact board members, please contact the sub-association management company, Morris Management.

Homeowner Changes to Landscaping and Construction Proposals

  

You must obtain written approval from the Association Construction & Architectural Review Board BEFORE making ANY exterior modifications or improvements (staining decks, painting, landscape work, window or door modifications, etc.), as required in your governing documents that you have agreed to abide by.  

Community Issues and Ideas
Do you have questions or concerns about the divers NewHolly neighborhood? Do you want to join one of the neighborhood committees, annual events or have a block party? Would you like to access the money in the Community Building Fund to support a neighborhood project? Do you need help problem solving a situation with a neighbor? SHA has a professional Community Builder for NewHolly who is available to all members of the NewHolly neighborhood.
