Supportive senior housing complex operated by Providence Health & Services. Includes 79 one bedroom units with amenities such as raised-bed gardens, patio, community room, lounge, computer lab, self-service laundry room, activity room and secured parking. Providence Peter Claver House
offers weekly fitness classes, monthly celebrations, social activities
and outings.
Residents
must be able to live independently but may contract with individual service agencies for
various needs such as Meals on Wheels, Personal Care Workers and Providence Elder
Place. Rent is subsidized by the government and tenants pay 30% of
their annual income for rent. |
