LIHI manages and/or owns over 45 low-income to market rate apartment buildings. Tyree Scott is one of those apartment complexes. It is located on the same lot as REWA. There are 21 units of various rent amounts and bedroom sizes. There are 6 units that are strictly for transitional housing. There is a part-time case manager on-site for the families in transitional housing and resource coordination for all other residents.
