The Welcome Wagon provides culturally relevant, face-to-face "Welcomes" for new neighbors. During visits, we invite new neighbors to community activities and distribute information on support resources. We invite people living and working in the community to get involved in planning, coordination and implementation of visits in their communities. |

| The Elderly Outreach Program connects seniors with resource services to help maintain their independence – advocating for them with SHA, DSHA, etc. Neighborhood House informs seniors of the entitlements they are eligible for and their rights. Efrem speaks Tigrinya and Amharic and is available on Wednesdays and Thursdays. | |

The Rainier Vista Technology Center is a multilingual and multicultural computer lab for all Rainier Vista residents and surrounding community members. We provide free classes and workshops in basic computer skills, ESL, employment training and other skill areas. We also house resident-relevant workshops and computer classes for seniors, people with disabilities and youth.
