Program focuses on Vietnamese youth who reside in and around Seattle Housing Authority's sites. The program is staffed with resident assistants who reside in Rainier Vista and four language instructors. The program provides Vietnamese language classes, reading, writing and speaking Vietnamese for children ages 6 to 17 years.
