Provides housing and management services for the Rainier Vista Community. Initiate and conduct lease enforcement and provide referral information to services. Provide assistance for residents to remain in public housing. Conduct unit inspections to ensure lease compliance and disseminate information to residents regarding the SHA/IPM policies and procedures and initiate lease enforce when necessary. Assist service providers in determining effective services for residents. The HOPE VI redevelopment Resource Center will be open to residents and providers.
