The HPRC Community Coordinator will work with community-based organizations that serve seniors in Southeast Seattle to build on their existing activities to create new physical activity programs. Potential new programs include walking groups, Enhance Fitness Program classes, Tai Chi classes and dance groups. HPRC can also help advocate for neighborhood changes that make it easier to be active including changes in bus routes, traffic lights, sidewalks, parks and trails.
