Visiting Nurse Services

Visiting Nurse Services provides an on-site, free nursing walk-in clinic once a month.  Residents can discuss various health issues with a registered nurse, have their blood pressure checked and receive information about self-care and healthy lifestyle practices. 

Visiting Nurse Services also can provide RNs, therapists or aides to come directly to your apartment if you need skilled home health or hourly supportive care. Lifeline installations are also available.
