Yesler Terrace

Seattle Housing Authority is responsible for increasing low-income housing, renewing SHA's housing communities and planning for the future. There are redevelopment projects currently underway at High Point, NewHolly and Rainier Vista, representing the largest neighborhood transformations Seattle has seen in decades.

When complete, these new communities will weave housing, libraries and services into the fabric of the city. New housing will be created for more than 3,800 families with a range of incomes.
