A neighbor takes in the beauty of High Point's pond, which features a walking trail around it. The Calugas Apartments were named for Sgt. Jose Calugas Sr., the only Filipino to get the U.S. Congressional Medal of Honor during the Bataan Campaign. Providence's Elizabeth House offers 74 one-bedroom apartments and one two-bedroom apartment specifically for seniors.

The community P-Patch garden is well-used at High Point and offers a beautiful view for neighboring renters.
The neighborhood was designed to be walkable and to allow opportunities for neighbors to get to know one another.
The pond not only works as a part of the area's natural drainage system, but as a park with a trail surrounding it and beautiful views of the city.
