Seattle Housing Authority has sold lots at Rainier Vista, High Point and Othello Station/NewHolly to some of the region's most respected homebuilders. They are attracting market-rate home buyers to the new communities, and Seattle Housing is sharing in their financial success. The proceeds are helping fund other aspects of the redevelopments, including the construction of low-income housing, new infrastructure, parks, community facilities and public services.

Strict design guidelines, adopted by SHA, assure neighbors and other homebuyers of the high quality design of the houses when they are completed. Agreements between Seattle Housing and the builders also include price variety among the homes constructed.
