Some people see themselves as "urban
pioneers," moving to the neighborhood to be part of
an innovative mixed-income community, rich in cultural
diversity. For others, the dream of finally owning a home has
become a reality at NewHolly. Either by contributing sweat equity
through
Habitat for Humanity or by making use of various
assistance programs, many NewHolly residents are first-time
homeowners.
For more information about
renting at NewHolly, visit the management office at
the NewHolly Neighborhood Campus or visit them at call (206)
760-3284.
