Where are LIPH units?
Low Income
Public Housing units are located throughout Seattle, and
come in a range of bedroom sizes. Of the nearly 6,000 LIPH
units managed by SHA, about 2,300 are large enough for
families while about 3,000 are reserved for singles and
couples.

1. Tri-Court is a non-smoking property.
2. Center Park is an all-accessible property for the
physically challenged.
3. Westwood Heights and Ballard House are "senior preference"
properties. No one under 62 is being referred here.
4. High Point, NewHolly and Rainier Vista are mixed-income communities with some Low Income
Public Housing.
Applicants may place their names on the
waiting list of one or two of these communities.
