Mixed-income housing
Applying for units at High Point, NewHolly and Rainier Vista Each of these developments includes several kinds of units with varying eligibility requirements and application procedures. Applicants for public housing units at any of them must earn 30 percent of area median income or less. You can use the paper application form or online form to place your name on the public housing waiting list for any of these communities. For all other units, including market rate rentals and affordable "tax credit" units, please contact each community's management office directly. All three offices are open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Please note that applicants for all of these communities must undergo a screening process that evaluates each household’s residential, credit and criminal history.
