High Point, NewHolly and Rainier Vista
are mixed-income communities that include public
housing units and other types of homes, including affordable
units and market-rate homes. Each accepts applications when vacancies are pending. For more information, see below. | Pictured:

Applying for units at
High Point, NewHolly and Rainier Vista
Each of these developments includes
several kinds of units with varying eligibility requirements
and application procedures. Applicants for public housing
units at any of them must earn 30 percent of area median income or less. You can
use the paper application form or online
form to place your name on the public housing waiting list
for any of these communities. For more information, please see Do you

to apply.
For all other units, including market rate rentals and affordable
"tax credit" units, please contact each community's management
office directly. Their addresses and telephone numbers are below;
you can click on the name of each community to view its Web
page.
All three offices are
open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Please note that
applicants for all of these communities must undergo a screening process that evaluates
each household’s residential, credit and criminal history.
