Othello Place Rental
Units Available in March
Applications now being taken for affordable
rental housing
SEATTLE--February 3, 2004--The
first of the 219 rental units at Othello Place are nearly complete
and are expected to be available for leasing in March, 2004.
Townhouses and duplexes with one, two, three and four bedrooms will rent
to eligible households with a range of incomes.

As in the first two phases of NewHolly,
the emphasis for low-income households at Othello Place will
be on economic self-sufficiency. Residents will find
help with assessing their needs and planning for their future
at the NewHolly Neighborhood Campus. |

filling out an interest card at the NewHolly management office at
the corner of South Myrtle Street and 32nd Avenue South (206)
