Picking Up
Bid Documents
Bid Documents are available for pick up at the Seattle
Housing Authority, 120 6th Avenue North in
Seattle (just north of the intersection of Denny Way and 6th
Avenue North). SHA will distribute Bid Documents via a
delivery service if you
provide an account number for the delivery service firm. Otherwise, no Bid
Documents will be mailed by SHA.
Payment for Bid Documents
Checks should be made
payable to the Seattle Housing Authority (no cash) for the non-refundable
amount specified in the advertisement (click the project
link above for a copy of the advertisement).
Diversity
The Seattle Housing Authority strongly
encourages minority-owned and women-owned businesses,
socially and economically disadvantaged businesses, HUD
Section 3 businesses, and
small businesses to submit bids or to participate as
subcontractors and suppliers on SHA contracts.
Bid Deadline
Bids received after the required
submission deadline will not be considered.
