Picking Up Bid Documents
Unless otherwise stated in the Project Listings above,
Bid Documents are available for pick up at United Reprographics, 1750 4th Avenue South, Seattle, WA 98134. United Reprographics will
distribute Bid Documents via a delivery service if you provide an account
number for the delivery service firm.
Payment for Bid Documents
Checks should be made payable to the Seattle Housing
Authority (no cash) for the non-refundable amount specified in the
advertisement (click the project link above for a copy of the
advertisement).
Diversity
The Seattle Housing Authority strongly encourages
minority-owned and women-owned businesses, socially and economically
disadvantaged businesses, HUD Section 3 businesses, and small businesses
to submit bids or to participate as subcontractors and suppliers on SHA
contracts.
Bid Deadline
Bids received after the required submission deadline
will not be considered.
