Scope of work
The selected consultants shall have the qualifications and experience to provide commissioning services, including quality assurance services to uncover deficiencies in design, construction, installation, programming, or operation.
Commissioning services may apply to buildings, utilities and systems such as (but not limited to) lighting, HVAC, security/access, fire and life safety, alternative energy systems (photovoltaic, solar, wind and natural ventilation) that require a specific level of performance and quality. The commissioning services Scope of Work may also include peer review and field observations and testing to verify, document, and achieve defined objectives and criteria critical to a facility or project.
Note: Project oversight services related to large, complex information technology/systems (IT/IS) are covered under the IT project oversight services roster.
