Communication

Seattle Housing Authority seeks proposals from qualified firms or individuals to assist the agency with communication services on an on-call basis. The RFP is available Word or PDF format (download Adobe Reader).

Scope of work

The selected consultants shall have the qualifications and experience to provide communication services, including but not necessarily limited to, communication studies, analysis, evaluation, monitoring, recommendations on communication strategies and tactics, communications planning, technical writing, editing, public presentations, group facilitation, graphic art, video production, web development, reports, and expert witness, in the time frame required by Seattle Housing Authority.
