Scope of work
The selected firms shall have qualifications and experience to provide advice and representation in the following areas:
- Public contract and construction law, including both federal government contract and construction law and Washington state public contract and construction law.
- Complex construction claims requiring knowledge of, and experience with construction disputes of all types, including but not limited to: Construction and design defect claims, delay claims, and CPM scheduling.
- Construction contract and change order drafting and review.
- Negotiation and representation of Seattle Housing Authority in construction contract related claims and disputes.
- Construction litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution methods.
