Construction Management
Seattle Housing Authority seeks submittals from qualified firms or individuals to assist the agency with construction management services on an on-call basis. The RFQ is available Word or PDF format (download Adobe Reader).
Scope of work
The selected consultants shall have the qualifications and experience to provide construction management and inspection services by performing, but not limited to, the following:
- Constructability review.
- Cost estimating.
- Contract documentation, material testing and conformance, claims resolution.
- Liaison between the Seattle Housing Authority, contractor, and other agencies.
- Compliance with all City, County, State and Federal requirements.
- Expert witness.
