Land Surveying
Seattle Housing Authority seeks a Statement of Qualifications from qualified firms to assist the agency with land surveying services on an on-call basis. The RFQ is available Word or PDF format (download Adobe Reader).
Scope of work
The work may include, but is not necessarily limited to, the following land surveying services:
- Establish corners, lines, boundaries, and monuments.
- Perform American Land Title Association and American Congress on Surveying and Mapping ALTA/ASCM Land Title Survey suitable for ALTA Extended Coverage.
- Perform topographic survey and prepare maps.
- Perform engineering mapping services associated with the research, planning, development, design, or alteration of real property.
- Perform construction surveys and staking.
- Produce CAD and CADD.
- Provide expert witness.
The consultant shall have all personnel, materials, equipment and offer the services necessary to perform and accurately record the work described above. Sub-consultants may be allowed for portions of the work on a case-by-case basis. Consultant personnel, including sub-consultants if applicable, shall have the technical knowledge and skills to professionally perform the work.
