Transportation Planning
Seattle Housing Authority seeks submittals from qualified firms or individuals to assist the agency with transportation planning services on an on-call basis. The RFQ is available Word or PDF format (download Adobe Reader).
Scope of work
The selected consultants shall have qualifications and expertise to provide transportation studies, analysis, evaluation, monitoring, recommendations, design, plans, specifications and estimates, plan review, permitting, reports, public relations, construction administration and inspection, and expert witness.
