Metro bus route 28 serves the Porchlight Building. Get off the bus at the Eighth Ave NW and Leary Way stop, then walk one block west on NW Ballard Way.
Driving directions
From Interstate 5
- Take exit 169 and go west on N 45th St.
- Continue west for three miles toward Ballard. N 45th St turns into NW Market St.
- Turn left at Eighth Ave NW.
- Turn right at NW 47th St. Once you cross Leary Way the building will on your left, across from 7-11 and Jack in the Box.
From Downtown Seattle
- Follow Elliott Ave north along the waterfront. Street names will change frequently.
- Cross over the Ballard Bridge and take the first exit after the bridge.
- Turn right onto NW Ballard Way.
- Continue east for three blocks. The building is on the right, across from 7-11 and Jack in the Box.
From northbound Aurora Avenue (Highway 99)
- Take the Zoo/Green Lake exit.
- Turn left on N 46th St. Continue west toward Ballard. N 46th St becomes NW Market St.
- Turn left at Eighth Ave NW.
- Turn right at NW 47th St. Once you cross Leary Way the building will be on your left, across from 7-11 and Jack in the Box.
From North Seattle
- Drive south on 15th Ave NW. Just before the Ballard Bridge, take the Leary Way exit on the right.
- Turn left on Leary Way NW.
- Go under the bridge and continue east for three blocks.
- Turn right on 11th Ave NW and drive one block.
- Turn left on NW Ballard Way. The building is on the right, across from 7-11 and Jack in the Box.
