How it works
Seattle Housing Authority's online Pre-Application allows eligible people to apply for several housing programs: Low Income Public Housing, the Seattle Senior Housing Program, High Point, NewHolly, Rainier Vista, and Impact Property Management / Special Portfolio.
Follow the instructions for answering the questions on each page of the form. You may be asked to correct your answers if they don't follow the required format. You can save an incomplete pre-application at any time and complete it later.
After you submit your pre-application, Seattle Housing Authority will send you a confirmation letter. If you do not receive a confirmation letter within six weeks, or if any of the information in this letter is incorrect, contact us immediately.
Using the Application Guide
Seattle Housing Authority's Application Guide can help you complete the online pre-application. You can download the Guide from the How to Apply page for the program for which you want to apply.
Your user name and password
