Impact Property Management—also known as Special Portfolio—manages units that are operated by Seattle Housing Authority. The units come in a range of bedroom sizes and are located in multi-family buildings and apartment buildings throughout the city.
Households in this program earn 30, 50, 80, or 100 percent of area median income or less to qualify, and typically pay 30 percent of monthly income for rent and utilities.
