Rental Listings
The listings of rental units below are provided for voucher-holders in Seattle. They are updated by mid-day every Friday, and can also be picked up at the Porchlight Building. The listings are available in PDF format (download Adobe Reader):

These listings do not include every unit available to voucher-holders in Seattle, just those that some landlords have chosen to list with Seattle Housing Authority.
As explained in the Eligibility section, a rental unit is eligible for the Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8) if it meets three criteria: it is properly zoned, it is rent-reasonable, and it passes an inspection based on the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development's Housing Quality Standards.
Any landlord or owner willing to work within the guidelines of the Housing Choice Voucher Program is eligible to participate, as long as they are in good standing with Seattle Housing Authority. More information for landlords on submitting listings.
