Rental Listings
Participating landlords may advertise rental units for free. Lists of units for rent are published by Seattle Housing Authority and made available to voucher holders by noon every Friday. To add a unit to a list, be sure to send us listing information no later than noon on the preceding Thursday.

Please note that only units within the Seattle Housing Authority's jurisdiction—the city of Seattle, south of N 145th St, west of Lake Washington, and north of SW Roxbury St—will be listed.

Download the rental listing form (PDF, 12 KB, download Adobe Reader). After you have printed and completed the form, fax it to 206-239-1770 or mail it to:

Cancel a rental listing
Cancellations received by noon on Thursday will take effect the following Friday. To remove a rental unit from the list, email mailroom_porchlight@seattlehousing.org with "Cancel listing" as the subject line of your message. In the body of your message, tell us the address of the unit to be removed and include a contact name and telephone number for the cancelled listing. You may also call 206-239-1663 to cancel a listing.
