The Seattle Housing Authority tenant-based program hosts workshops for owners and property managers who participate in or who are interested in the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) program. Workshops cover the basics, answer questions, and address participants' concerns.

The Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) program: An overview:

- Who pays for utilities? Seattle Public Utilities' policy on not allowing tenant accounts.
