NewHolly rental housing construction complete

SEATTLE—February 22, 2006—SHA's Family Self-Sufficiency program recently received grant awards from the Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Washington State Housing Finance Commission. These awards will help provide services and support to SHA residents in the Family Self-Sufficiency program, and will fund the coordination of home ownership education and counseling. For more information, click here.

Partners provide sustainable, affordable housing for low-income families

SEATTLE—February 26, 2006—Low-Income Housing Institute's Denny Park Apartments and Capitol Hill Housing's Pantages Apartments are providing housing to low- and extremely low-income families in Seattle. Both were built to high environmentally-conscious standards and 15 of their units provide Holly Park replacement housing. For more information, click here.
