The NewHolly community provides a range of housing options. More than 950 families have made it home since the first unit was built in 1998.

Renting

Owning

Some people see themselves as urban pioneers, moving to NewHolly to be part of an innovative mixed-income community, rich in cultural diversity.

For others, the dream of finally owning a home has become a reality at NewHolly. Either by contributing sweat equity through Habitat for Humanity or by making use of various assistance programs, many NewHolly residents are first-time homeowners.

Seattle Housing Authority has made a commitment that seven percent of the 454 homes for sale at NewHolly will be sold to households with incomes below 80 percent of the area median income. Down payment assistance of up to $45,000 has been made available through the City of Seattle for qualified first-time homebuyers with incomes below 80 percent of area median.
