Repair Requests

If you have a problem in your Low Income Public Housing unit, use the instructions below to submit a repair request. Maintenance work is generally performed by Seattle Housing Authority's Impact Property Services division.

During business hours

Submit your repair request to your building's Resident Manager or your community's management office (or to your Assistant Property Manager if you live in a Scattered Sites unit). Provide your unit number, along with a detailed description of the problem and the location of the problem.

After business hours

For routine maintenance requests, please call during business hours. If you need emergency repairs after business hours, call Seattle Housing Authority's after-hours answering service at 206-443-4440. You may also call your building's Resident Manager, or the on-duty Back-Up Resident Manager.

When submitting an emergency repair request you must provide the name of your building or community, your apartment number, a detailed description of the problem and the location of the problem, and whether or not you grant permission for a Seattle Housing Authority maintenance worker to enter your unit if you are not home.
