Repair Requests
If you have a problem in your Seattle Senior Housing Program unit, use the instructions below to submit a repair request. Maintenance work is generally performed by Seattle Housing Authority's Impact Property Services division.
During business hours
Submit your repair request to your building's Resident Manager. Provide your apartment number, along with a detailed description of the problem and the location of the problem.
After business hours
For routine maintenance requests, please call during business hours. If you need emergency repairs after business hours, call your Resident Manager. Requests submitted after hours or when management offices are unavailable go to an answering service that will take note of your emergency request.
When submitting an emergency repair request you must provide the name of your building or community, your apartment number, a detailed description of the problem and the location of the problem, and whether or not you grant permission for a Seattle Housing Authority maintenance worker to enter your unit if you are not home.
