Anne was appointed Deputy Executive Director of the Seattle Housing Authority (SHA) in May 2013, after joining SHA as Senior Development Program Manager in March 2010. Previously, she worked for nine years as the first Deputy Director of the City of Seattle Department of Transportation, a department of more than 800 employees. Anne has also worked for the City of Seattle as a budget analyst and as manager of the City of Seattle Department of Neighborhoods, where she created the City’s Neighborhood Implementation Program. She has served on the board of directors of the Seattle Institute of Early Childhood Development. Anne earned a B.A. degree from Wellesley College in 1985 and received a Master of Public Administration from the University of Washington in 1992.
