Mr. Fearn is the General Counsel at the Seattle Housing Authority (SHA). He is an attorney with extensive experience in the areas of land use, zoning, environmental, real estate and municipal law. He also has been substantially involved in low-income housing development issues. Prior to coming to SHA, Mr. Fearn worked in the Land Use Division of the Seattle City Attorney’s Office, in private practice, and for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Mr. Fearn has represented public and private organizations in connection with land development issues. He is a graduate of the University of Chicago Law School.
