Redevelopment

Seattle Housing Authority has spent more than a decade revitalizing the city's stock of public housing, including the development of mixed-income communities at High Point, NewHolly, and Rainier Vista and recently at Yesler Terrace. The agency is also renovating existing housing to ensure its availability to low-income residents for decades.
