The Seattle Housing Authority (SHA) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to assist SHA in performing On-Call Hazardous Building Material Survey (HBMS) and monitoring services that will provide information about the location and quantity of any suspect regulated building materials in various buildings. It is anticipated the work will start in November 2018. All work will be executed as Work Orders and will be individually routed for approval. The contract could extend for 4 additional 1 year periods.
