High school students who claim their ORCA card before June 20 will be able to use the card for transit through August 31, 2019.  Middle school students who were approved for the Youth ORCA Opportunity Program are also included in the summer extension and automatically re-enrolled for a new card for the 2019-2020 school year, if they are returning to the same school. Middle school students who received a district-issued ORCA card are also included in the extension.
