How do I submit a maintenance request?
Call, stop by or email your property managment office
If you have an urgent or emergency maintenance request and it is during core business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., please call your property management office.
If it is after hours, call the after-hours line at 206.443.4440.
For non-urgent maintenance requests, email your property management office using the Contact property manager form .
Submit a maintenance request online through the SHA Portal
Register an account with the SHA Portal and submit your non-emergency maintenance request online.
