Juniper, part of SHA's Yesler community, is scheduled to be completed by the end of October 2025. The seven-story building is located at the top of Yesler Hill Climb, one block away from the Yesler Park and Community Center. Juniper has 114 apartments consisting of 1, 2, 3- and 4-bedroom units, including several that meet UFAS standards. All units are air conditioned. Streetcar and bus stops are one block away. Seattle's Little Saigon is just down the hill.
