Tax-credit homes available at Yesler
Seattle Housing Authority is accepting applications for available tax credit homes at Yesler. Lease now and get up to two months free rent.
One-, two- and three-bedroom homes are currently available. Housing Choice Vouchers are accepted. Households without a voucher must meet minimum income requirements and cannot earn more than 60% of the area median income (AMI).
Current rents and minimum monthly income requirements include:

Current SHA residents can earn a referral credit
Current SHA residents may receive a $500 rent credit when they refer a new household that leases an eligible tax credit home at Yesler.
