Sitting within walking distance of several grocery stores, pharmacies, and the many shops of nearby Westwood Village, the building is also close to Roxhill and North Shorewood Parks and a Seattle Public Library branch.
Westwood Heights has a number of services targeted to the needs of seniors, including lifetime fitness classes, home care assistance, visiting nurses, case management services, and a senior-friendly computer lab.
The building is within walking distance of direct bus service to Downtown, Fauntleroy, the Alaska Junction, the Admiral District, Sodo, and White Center. It is also located within a 10-minute drive of Highways 99 and 509, and within 15 minutes of I-5.
