​​​​​​Certification Specialists can help with your annual review, explain rent calculations or how to report a change in your household. Before scheduling an appointment, please be sure you know who your Certification Specialist is. Selecting the wrong person may lead to your appointment being canceled. If you do not know who your Certification Specialist is, please call 206.239.1728 to find out.

Housing Counselors can help current participants with housing search assistance once they’ve been issued a voucher to move, or supportive resources for housing.

If you have been selected from the voucher list, please contact the staff member who sent you the application packet or schedule an appointment.

I wan to move (port in) with a voucher from another housing authority?

We cannot assist with moving to Seattle Housing Authority with your voucher until we have received information from your current Housing Authority. Once your current Housing Authority has sent over your portability packet, please Email us at portgroup@seattlehousing.org
