Juniper, part of SHA's Yesler community, is located at 901 South Main Street in Seattle. It is scheduled to be completed by the end of October 2025. Leasing is expected to begin in early November.

Eligible applicants for tax credit units should make 2.5 times the rent, but not more than 60 percent of the King County income limit. If you are interested in applying for a tax-credit unit at Juniper, fill out this interest form.  

Earn a $500 rent credit with a resident referral 

Current residents can receive a $500 rent credit by referring someone who is approved and moves into a tax credit unit at Juniper. To submit a resident referral, fill out the Resident Referral form.
