SHA residents and HCV participants are invited to attend a Resident Leadership Conference on Saturday, September 20, from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m at El Centro de la Raza, 2524 16th Ave.S, Seattle. This conference is designed to give residents practical tools and strategies to strengthen their leadership and advocacy skills.
Participants will learn how to:
- Make your meetings work well: Tips for running effective, productive gatherings.
- Advocate for change: Learn strategies to speak up and make your voice heard.
- Address issues with impact: Learn ways to raise concerns constructively and create positive outcomes.
Transportation and lunch will be provided. This is a great opportunity to connect with your neighbors, share experiences and build skills that make a difference in your community.
